SalesCompInsights was created by Scott Barton and Mike Meisenheimer.   Both have over 15 years of experience helping companies optimize their sales compensation investments.    Mike co-founded Ockham Technologies and Compensation Technologies, two firms dedicated to sales operations effectiveness.   Scott was a principal and practice leader in the sales force effectiveness practices of Mercer, Watson Wyatt and Aon Hewitt.
